Variation Swatches on Shop Page Issue - by Olga777

Hi there,

Variation Swatches look really well on Single Product Page: variations with “0” stock are crossed out! Yet on the Shop page, ALL variations (even with “0” stock) are displayed with NO cross out. Both screenshots are attached below.

Is it possible also to display them the same way on the Shop page as they are displayed on a Single product page (with crossout)? This would be less misleading to a customer.

In addition, on SHOP page, when you click on the variation with stock = “0”, nothing happens…. and it might be quite frustrating for a user. The fix would be very helpful!

Hi Olga,

Please find in the private content the credentials to our test site. Please note, we need to know the resolution, so we can apply it ourselves to the production site.

Test Product called “Test Variation Swatches Issue”, where only Variation “B” is In Stock. Variations “A” and “C” are out of stock. If you click on “A” or “C”, nothing happens.

We made changes in XStore core plugin files. So, please, copy et-core-plugin folder from dev to production with overwriting.
