Variation Swatches Not Working Despite Proper Setup

Hi XStore Support Team,

I’m experiencing an issue with the variation swatches on my site. Despite adding all variations correctly in the product backend and enabling variation swatches globally via Theme Options > WooCommerce > Variation Swatches, the swatches are not displaying on the front end product pages.

Here’s what I’ve already checked and tried:

1. All product attributes and variations are properly configured.
2. The Enable Variation Swatches option is turned on in the theme settings.
3. Cleared cache and disabled all third-party plugins to rule out conflicts.
4. Tried switching between color/image/text swatch types — no effect.

Still, the swatches either do not appear at all, or the default dropdowns show instead.
Please assist with this issue as it’s affecting the shopping experience for variable products.

Hello,

We appreciate your prompt response.

WooCommerce provides two types of product attributes:
– Global Attributes: These attributes are created under WP-Admin > Products > Attributes. They are available for all products across the website and can be used for filtering.
– Local Attributes: These attributes are created when editing an individual product. They are only visible on the product page and cannot be used for filtering.

To change the “Add to Cart” button label to “ADD TO ENQUIRY”, you can achieve this by using a translation plugin such as Loco Translate. This allows you to modify the text strings used throughout your theme and plugins.

Here are the general steps:

1. Install and activate the Loco Translate plugin.
2. Navigate to Loco Translate > Themes and select your active theme.
3. Click on the language you are using (or add a new one if needed).
4. Use the search bar to find the “Add to Cart” string.
5. Select it and change the translation to “ADD TO ENQUIRY”.
6. Save your changes.

Do the same for the XStore Core plugin.

Tried loco translate and in Xstore translate both still it is not happening the button name isn,t changing from Add to Cart to “ADD TO ENQUIRY

Hello,

I’ve been adding multiple brands in XStore, but not all of them are appearing in the sidebar on the product category pages. For example, when I navigate to Apparel > T-Shirts, the sidebar filter only shows Allen Solly, whereas it should also display Reebok, which has been added and assigned to products in that category.

Could you please help me resolve this issue?

Please find the video below demonstrating the issue: The first static block is not loading the correct fonts, while the second one is displaying them properly. This issue started after adding links to the text. In the first static block, links have been added, and the fonts are not loading. In the second static block, where no links are present, the fonts load correctly.

Hello XStore Support Team,

I have enabled the Live Visitors Count feature from the XStore Sales Booster panel, but it is not displaying on the website frontend. Instead, it only shows some placeholder text related to “Ask a question notification.”

We would like the live visitors count to be clearly visible on the bottom-left corner of the website as a floating element on all website pages, but currently it is not appearing anywhere.

Please assist in resolving this issue. If a shortcode or manual insertion method is required, kindly provide the correct instructions.

1. Facing font issue only in static blocks used in header. Rest overall website we dont want any changes in fonts. For static block the fonts used is Jua and Inter

2. We are referring to fake live view and we want it to be seen in bottom left of all website pages in footer section
