hi,

So many variations problems – wont come through via screen shots – Please take a look at this video:

as you can see the variation images are not behaving?

I choose a variation and image is missing as per the video, there is no plugin conflict as the one plugin that did not come with the theme – i deactivated — turns out thats not the issue.

I have not used any plugin for the variations – just what the theme offers – can you fix this pls?

Logins in private area – (please keep this secure as my site was hacked and it took me 2 days to rebuild everything.)

Hello,

Download etheme.min.js file from this page – https://dropmefiles.com/TXlWF and re-upload it into xstore\js folder via FTP. Clear cache before checking the result.

ok i will – but will this affect the theme update as i now have an alert to update the theme, if i update will it go back to the way it was?

This update is not obligatory, you can skip it. We plan to release a new theme version within the week, and the fix will be included there.

hi i have rebuilt my site as it kept getting hacked, this variation issue is still happening even with your fix above:

i have the latest version of the theme – i am using child theme to build and this is the latest install – unless i need to copy the above fix into child theme?

unfortunately i have had to rebuild the site 3 times and i cannot give you access to the back end – everytime i do that i keep getting hacked and this sets me back – so if you can please give me the fix here as the above is not working.

I am now with a new hosting provider with a new server and just want to contain who has access to my sites from now on.

So please tell me the fix here.
