Hello there. I’m trying to disable the lightbox preview when the customer clicks on the product images from the sider. However, it doesn’t work. I’ve tried different ways suggested from these topics but no luck.

Hi

We see your website product galley is working fine in your website, if you want change any setting please go to Dashboard > Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Single Product Builder > Gallery and set it according to your requirements.

Product image gallery looped option is not available in this theme package it need to be customize.
