Variation Gallery Display Issue – Need Assistance

Hello,

I am currently facing an issue with the Variation Gallery on my website, and I would greatly appreciate some assistance in resolving it.

Problem Description:
When I enable the Variation Gallery option and attempt to choose a product color, the images change correctly, but the gallery is not displaying correctly. Specifically, the main image is being repeated multiple times in the vertical view.

Thank you for your prompt response and the provided instructions. We have successfully updated the theme and all the plugins. Additionally, we have cleared the cache as suggested.

Unfortunately, the issue with the Variation Gallery on the product page persists.

We kindly request that you proceed with downgrading the PHP version on our server to version 8.0. Should this action fail to resolve the issue at hand, we would appreciate it if you could grant us FTP access. This will enable us to conduct a more thorough investigation into the matter.

For your reference, we have not encountered this particular problem on our test site.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

We are writing to inform you of a compatibility issue that has arisen between our product gallery feature and the iubenda plugin, which provides an all-in-one compliance solution for GDPR, CCPA Cookie Consent, among other regulations.

Upon investigation, we discovered that the product gallery experiences conflicts when the iubenda plugin is active. To resolve this issue temporarily, we have deactivated the iubenda plugin, which has resulted in the product gallery functioning correctly once again.
