I’m having two issues regarding my products.

1) Variations aren’t saving properly. I have 48 variations, each with a price & enabled. However, when I update the product and check the front-end, variations are missing. When I return to the product one of two things has happened: the price which was input, is missing – OR – the enable box is not checked. I input the prices and enable the variations, and update only to have the same results. Sometimes it’s different variations others it’s the same over and over.

2) I also attempted to add a product description, but when I clicked update, it did not show on the front-end and when I returned to the product it too was missing.

I have updated the theme to the latest version and checked my woocommerce settings.

The last update to this product included a product description and enabling ALL variations (I believe 2 are missing).

Hello,

You have 2 theme versions in Appearance > Themes. You should have only one theme folder. When updating the theme old files must be overwritten by the new ones.
Also please update Woocommerce plugin to the latest version.

Don’t forget to create a backup before update.

I have removed the duplicate and updated the woocommerce plugin, but it has not resolved any of my issues.

Could you please clarify with more details what exactly you’re trying to do and after which actions you’re experiencing problems.

When I try to edit two of three products I have difficulties. The product with the least amount of variations has given me no problems.

However, the two that contain 48 variations, changes will not apply. If you go into the “Snap Lead” product and look at the variations, some have “enable” unchecked. When I go in, check “enable” and “update” the changes are not applied. If you go back after updating, they are all unchecked again. If I do it enough times, sometimes the changes will apply to 1 or 2. Sometimes they will apply to 1 variation and turn off on another. For the most part they just wont apply.

I’ve checked the products variations with default WordPress theme and the same issue persists there too.
You need contact Woocommerce support regarding this problem.
