Variable products are not showing in parent product they are visible as an individual products

I have list a ring which is in multiple stone and metal shade. when I hover over the shop menu and select “sort by latest” option; then the product show same designs in different metal and stone shade as an individual product. The couple of pages are full with the same design but in different Gem and Metal and it looks weird. How can sort this issue?

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

Please try to disable Variations As Simple Products (Beta) in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Products design.

If this doesn’t help, please provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.

Hello, Divorah,

To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
