Variable product - by POPPED - on WordPress WooCommerce support

When any variable product is purchased, the option for that product are not featured in the order confirmation email
The customer does not have a confirmation of exactly what he bought and I don’t know what option he selected for his variable product
I have to go in woocommerce order list to see it.
Not very convenient

Please check if this issue persists with default WordPress theme.
If it does then you need contact Woocommerce support team concerning this problem.

Hi Eva

I tried with a default WordPress theme, and the issue is not happening

The price in the cart is updated properly according to the options selected and the options selected show as well in the order summary.

I can send you screen shots so you can see the difference but I’m not sure how to send those to you

This one is with a wordpress default theme.
You can see the options selected by the customer and also the price changed according to the options selected.

The item goes to the cart but it’s like the plugin “product add on” is not doing anything
