Variable Product problem on google chrome et tablets

Hello
I’ve installed xStore for one of my customer and I have a problem on the single product page when the product is variable. It’s impossible to use the “select input” on google chrome and tablets. You can see the bug on this video : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1HZsuOV1AiFWnORUwWC0jRPvLmEvKFprw/view?usp=sharing. Do you have an idea where it can come from ? Is it a common issue? A fast support will be needed please.

Hello,

You used out of date version of the WPBakery page builder and Revolution slider. We have updated plugins. Check now.

Nope, not fixed, still not working and the select option is still disappearing… Do you think we can fix it now ?

Hello,

We found that selector conflicts with this option http://prntscr.com/t0rmbk Please, keep it disabled till we fix the problem. We’ll try to find the solution and include solution to the theme update once we fix it.
