Variable product or Smart group product can't be added to the cart

Dear xStore team,
My products can’t be added to the cart… Variable or simple ones.
I also bought a plugin to create group products and it’s not working either with it…
You can try in on any products on my website :

This is really annoying… Hope you can fix it.

I’ve reactivated the ajax for simple product and it’s now working.
For the variable products, it’s not working at all and here is an here is an error log :

1) Provide us with FTP access to your site to check the issue in more detail.
2) Provide us with a link to the variable product that does not work.

Hi,

Unfortunately I can’t share the FTP with you, each time that I want to share it with some support, they can’t connect it due to security problems… But, you can tell me what to change on the files and I can do it by myself.

Hello,

Point is that we don’t have ready to use fix of the problem and need to test a few variants.
We can provide you IPs of the support staff that will work on your issue. Will you be able to add then to the whitelist?
