for some time after the last updates of the theme, I have noticed an “important” drop in orders.
Unfortunately I noticed that in the product pages, the “product variables” don’t work!
In practice it is not possible to select a variable, and therefore it is impossible to put the product in the cart.

1/ Do you have this problem when the parent theme is activated? Check if the issue is caused by custom changes in your child theme.
2/ Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.

Try to play with the settings of the plugin, and contact the support of it.
We did not test such plugins with our theme officially, so we can’t give you a solid suggestion, unfortunately.
