I am experiencing a critical issue with the XStore Email Builder on my client’s new WooCommerce site. After successful test orders, no emails (neither “New order” for the admin nor “Processing order” for the customer) are being sent or logged when the Email Builder is active.

I have performed a thorough troubleshooting process and can confirm the following:

Isolation Test: When I disable the XStore Email Builder in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Email Builder, the default WooCommerce emails are sent and logged correctly by the WP Mail Logging plugin. When I re-enable the builder, the emails stop working completely. This confirms the issue is directly with the XStore Email Builder’s integration.

Builder’s Test Function: Even when I use the “Send Email” test function from the builder’s sidebar(to the right), the email does not appear in the WP Mail Log.

No Other Conflicts: A full conflict test (switching to a default theme and disabling other plugins) shows that the issue is not caused by another plugin.

The builder seems to be failing to correctly override the default WooCommerce email sending process. The site is in its final development stages for a client, and having reliable transactional emails is a critical requirement for launch.

Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this?

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team
