Urgent – Website Performance & Theme Issues Need Immediate Attention

    I’m experiencing a major performance issue on the website that needs urgent attention.

    Previously, the site performance score was around 98%, but it has now dropped drastically to just 25%. The website has become extremely slow, taking up to 17 seconds to load, especially on the homepage and product pages. These issues started after errors began appearing in the current theme setup.

    Here are the key problems I’m noticing:

    Significant errors in the theme files, possibly related to the “Buy Now” button or overall layout.

    The “Buy Now” button is missing or not functioning properly on many products.

    The map section is behaving abnormally or not loading at all.

    Overall, the site feels unstable, with inconsistent layout and slow user experience.

    This is seriously impacting customer experience and traffic, and needs to be resolved as soon as possible.

    Please check all the backend issues thoroughly — including theme conflicts, plugin impacts, and custom code errors.
    If required, I’m open to switching or reinstalling the theme to fix the errors and restore performance.

    I’ve already shared admin access so you can directly log in and inspect everything.

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out and for providing detailed information regarding the performance issues on your website.

    We are currently working on a new version of the theme, which will include the improvements you have requested. Please download the theme and core plugin archive from the link provided in the private content section.

    We kindly ask you to test them, but please make sure to create backups before proceeding. At this stage, approximately 30% of the work has been completed, so we would appreciate it if you could let us know whether there has been any improvement in CPU and RAM usage.

    Additionally, we recommend disabling any unnecessary third-party plugins, as each additional plugin may contribute to slower site performance. For example, the Variation Swatches for WooCommerce plugin can be replaced by our built-in functionality of variation swatches – https://youtu.be/LgzC4iK-j6A?feature=shared

    Kindly disable all unnecessary widgets for Elementor that you are not currently using https://prnt.sc/Dgwb4Y_CDkZW /admin.php?page=elementor-element-manager .
    There are approximately 300 widgets in total. Each widget consists of a separate CSS and JS file. As a result, around 400 individual files are being loaded, which causes the website to slow down significantly due to the high number of server requests.

    Once this has been done, please try running the test again after implementing all of the recommended steps.

    Thank you so much for your prompt response and for working on the new version of the theme. I truly appreciate the improvements you’re implementing to enhance the website’s performance.

    However, I’m finding it a bit difficult to follow and apply all the technical steps you’ve mentioned, especially regarding plugin optimization, widget management, and testing the new version.

    Could I kindly request you to handle these steps on my behalf? It would be a great help if your team could directly implement the necessary changes, test the theme and plugin, and let me know about the performance impact.

    First of all, please resolve the server-related issues we previously discussed. At the moment, we do not have access to your server, and addressing server-side problems falls outside the scope of Envato support policy.

    Once the server issues are resolved, the problems you are experiencing — including the missing “Buy Now” button and performance concerns — should be resolved automatically.
