URGENT !!! Visual composer not working after update !!!!!!!!

    Hi,

    i have downloaded the latest royal theme files and plugins and updated today. Since then i can not edit my homepage anymore … the button to go to the backend editor is not shown anymore ?
    I have the option to “edit with visual composer” … but this brings me to a blank page.

    Any ideas what to do? this is kinda urgent as we are close to the launch of new products. this is why we have updated the site. if there is any paid service needed from your side please let me know.

    yes it works for all pages except the start page … got to pages and try: PRTTY – PREMIUM TEMPORARY JEWELRY TATTOO GOLD SILVER.

    Yes, i know … every page works but not my main page?
    It is the same in safari and chrome.

    I just receive a blank page if i want to edit my main page / start page?!?

    There is an error – 500 (Internal Server Error).
    You need to contact your hosting provider support regarding this issue as it’s related to server configuration.

    but we have it since the update? this is strange.

    any idea what the problem could be so i can advise my hosting provider?

    unfortunately your hosting provider may have more information about this issue as he has access to server logs and can find information about that error. Sorry.

    Also you have a lot of plugins enabled. Please try to disable third-party plugins one by one and check the issue.

    I have also just updated WordPress and now am unable to use Visual Composer.

    When trying to edit existing pages the Visual Composer icon shows up but not the content.

    When creating a new page, Visual Composer opens and I can see all the element options but none will select.

    This happens with safari and firefox.

    Upload new version via FTP (download it here https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ) and check VC editor after that.

    Thanks Jack for pointing this out, but Ive attempted to update this plugin but it won’t update, I get an error, something along the lines of not having the license activation code (never had this issues before)

    Hello @Concept-WP-Th3m3stom,

    You need update the plugin via FTP. Connect to your server, go to wp-content/plugins directory and overwrite the existing folder “js_composer” with a new version.
    Download the archive here https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

    We can’t update the plugin for you because you created empty FTP account and we don’t see any files.
