    Hello,

Please try to disable third-party plugins one by one and check it, very likely one of them caused issue.

    Regards,

    Hello,

We can’t log into wp-admin panel. Got message ‘You don’t have permission to access /wp-login.php on this server.’

    Please check it.

    Regards,

    Hello,

try now I have configured htaccess (where u located ? I added India as a country because usually the support comes from India). Let me know if that works or what country (depending on where u at) I should add.

    Hello,

Thank you. I was able to log in.

The problem was caused by the plugin “WooThumbs – Awesome Product Imagery (Shared by JOJOThemes.com)”. I’ve disabled it. Clear browser cache and check the page now.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
