URGENT – Sub-Total false payment - by Bernie

Hello

URGENT, my merchant site has a major bug. The basket subtotal is completely wrong. It only counts a few cents instead of euros. It’s catastrophic. My site used to work very well. I didn’t touch anything. Can you help me please ?

Hello,

At first sight, we do not see the problem on your site. Clear cache and check one more time. Please provide screenshots for a better understanding.
Lightshot screenshot or Gyzo tool have share option and you can copy link to your screenshot, post this link.
Also, check how does it work when the default WC theme – Storefront is activated on your site. If the problem is independent of the theme, contact the support of WooCommerce plugin.

Hello,

– I don’t know how to make your request: Also, check how does it work when the default WC theme – Storefront is activated on your site.

Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme. Check what subtotal do you have with the default theme in the cart mini-popup.
Or provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site and we’ll check it for you.
