I just visited the website and the entire site is not showing up properly. when I inspect element I am seeing a span8 instead of span12 for my containers. What is going on? This is the second time this has happened.
Please Help!
Kris
UPDATE: I backed my site up on the 6th so I just restored it and now it’s fixed, but why would the content div change from span12 (original) to span 8? Last time it changed from span12 to span3
Please help
Kris
Hello,
The span tag changed when you select some layout via Visual Composer plugin.

Hello Robert thank you for your quick response. I don’t ever recall touching visual composer. And even if i did, why did this problem show up on a majority of the pages? This has even happened on our product (woocommerce) page which doesn’t utilize visual composer.
Thank you,
Kris
Hello,
Unfortunately we can’t know the reason why it had happened in your case.
Perhaps there were some errors during plugins updates that you made.
Is the site working fine now?

Eva Kemp.
Eva,
Yes it’s working fine now. The site is backed up, I just don’t understand why that keeps happening. I didn’t make any important updates.

Hello,
we hope that this error will not appear again. Have a nice day!

Hello
URGENT AGAIN. I DO NOT understand why the website keeps showing up convoluted. I just restored so when you check it won’t look bad but this keeps happening. Is only plugins that are causing this?

Hello,
I just found the issue. It’s not a plugin. When I disable responsive design in theme options, the site shows up convoluted and out of place and when I enable it, the site shows up properly on desktop but terrible on a mobile device. This must have something to do with a responsive css that was added to site PLEASE HELP.

Hello,
I’ve commented the code in your custom.css:
@media (max-width: 480px) {.items-slider .owl-carousel .owl-item {
width: 100% !important;
}}
Please check the site now.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
