    Hi,

it’s impossible to add proper SEO with the Royal Theme. I tried many times (with SEO by Yoast, the mostly used plugin for all wordpress theme), but the information shown on Facebook is everytime wrong…
It’s a shame, because the power of wordpress is also to easily share pages on social networks.

Please, this is urgent! I have to share the website of my client, and I just can’t …
I coded the metatag directly on the header page to have the correct information but just for the home page …

Please take a look and make it work.
I let you the admin details on the private content.

    Regards

    Sylvain

    Please, contact administrator

Seems like other persons had the same issues (since updates of your theme):
    https://www.8theme.com/topic/seo-issues-since-update/

So, surely, you did something wrong on update, regarding the SEO.
But nobody get a real answer, and no solutions needer … Are you stuck with that bug ?

SEO is very important for a wordpress theme (same if it’s by an external plugin, it has to work…)

Please try to give us a real feedback and solution urgently. We can’t continue to work with your theme if we can’t use SEO … I think you know it’s important.

    I’m waiting news today, please.

    Regards

    Sylvain

It is not working with :
    – All in One SEO
    – SEO by Yoast

that is the 2 most popular SEO plugin.
On all my others themes, it works.. It’s just on your theme that we have the issue.

    Hello,

If you want to use the plugins tags for sharing you may try to comment this line add_action( 'wp_head', 'et_insert_fb_in_head', 5 ); in royal/framework/theme-functions.php file.
After that clear the cache for a page you’re going to share https://www.8theme.com/blog/clearing-facebooks-share-cache/ and check again.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
