    Dear XTheme Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am currently facing several PHP warnings on the homepage of my website. The issue appears to be related to the Pro Elements plugin, specifically within the hotspot widget module. Below are the error messages being displayed:

    Error

Warning: Undefined array key “hotspot_offset_x” in /home/u257850229/domains/levantleather.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/pro-elements/modules/hotspot/widgets/hotspot.php on line 1060

Warning: Trying to access array offset on value of type null in /home/u257850229/domains/levantleather.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/pro-elements/modules/hotspot/widgets/hotspot.php on line 1060

Warning: Undefined array key “hotspot_offset_y” in /home/u257850229/domains/levantleather.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/pro-elements/modules/hotspot/widgets/hotspot.php on line 1061

Warning: Trying to access array offset on value of type null in /home/u257850229/domains/levantleather.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/pro-elements/modules/hotspot/widgets/hotspot.php on line 1061

These warnings are visible on the frontend, affecting the user experience and overall appearance of the homepage.

Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue? I suspect it might be due to missing or improperly set hotspot_offset_x and hotspot_offset_y values. If this is a known issue, kindly provide an update or fix at your earliest convenience.

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Reply times can vary from time to time and be up to 24 hours Monday – Friday and up to 48 hours on weekends, Sat-Sun. But is usually faster than that. Please, do not submit multiple topics for the same request, as this does not result in a faster response time.

Regarding your inquiry, as you correctly pointed out, the warnings are originating from a plugin. Therefore, we recommend contacting the support team of that free plugin directly for further assistance.

In the meantime, if you wish to prevent the warnings from being displayed on your website, you may consider disabling the debug mode – https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress/

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hello,

    Thank you for your response.

However, I would like to clarify that I am not a technical person, and this issue appears to be related to your theme (XStore), not just the plugin. This error shows up in every section whenever I try to import anything using XStore. It seems like a bug, and it’s blocking my progress as my tasks are pending due to this.

I kindly request you to look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible. I would really appreciate your assistance in fixing this.

Looking forward to your urgent support.

    Best regards,
    Elon

    Dear @Elon,

We would like to inform you that we have re-saved the content of your homepage, and as a result, the notices have been successfully removed. Kindly check your website now to confirm that everything is functioning as expected.

Additionally, we would like to recommend disabling the debug mode on your live website. It is best practice to enable it only during testing or development phases to ensure optimal performance and security.

Should you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Kind regards,
    Jack Richardson

    Dear XTheme Support Team,

I am writing again to follow up on an issue I previously reported regarding persistent PHP warnings appearing on the homepage of my website. Despite my earlier complaint, the issue has not been resolved and is still clearly visible on both desktop and mobile versions of the site.

Here are the exact error messages being displayed:

Warning: Undefined array key “hotspot_offset_x” in /home/u257850229/domains/levantleather.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/pro-elements/modules/hotspot/widgets/hotspot.php on line 1060

Warning: Trying to access array offset on value of type null in /home/u257850229/domains/levantleather.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/pro-elements/modules/hotspot/widgets/hotspot.php on line 1060

Warning: Undefined array key “hotspot_offset_y” in /home/u257850229/domains/levantleather.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/pro-elements/modules/hotspot/widgets/hotspot.php on line 1061

Warning: Trying to access array offset on value of type null in /home/u257850229/domains/levantleather.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/pro-elements/modules/hotspot/widgets/hotspot.php on line 1061

Attached is a screenshot for reference:

These warnings are disrupting the layout and user experience of my website. It’s been quite some time since I first raised this concern, and I am disappointed that no action has been taken to address it.

I kindly request that your team escalate this issue and provide a resolution as soon as possible. If a fix or patch is available, I would appreciate specific guidance on how to apply it.

Please treat this matter with urgency.

    Thank you,
    Elon

    Dear @Elon,

We hope this message finds you well.

Upon reviewing the error path, you will notice that the issue originates from the PRO Elements plugin, specifically from the following file:
    /public_html/wp-content/plugins/pro-elements/modules/hotspot/widgets/hotspot.php

As this file is part of a third-party plugin and not developed by our team, we are unable to directly resolve the issue.

However, we have now recreated the hotspot widgets using the hotspot widget (https://gyazo.com/c51437b5e6332a1c1cfef6c0531ecb58) provided by our theme. Therefore, there should no longer be any issues. In the event that you do encounter any further problems, we will be able to assist you, as these widgets are now part of our theme.

Please check the site at your convenience.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
    The 8Theme Team
