I hope you are doing well.
I am experiencing a critical issue with the XStore theme on my WooCommerce site. Any updates, customizations, or new sections/containers I create specifically for the mobile layout fail to appear at all in the mobile view. They only display correctly on desktop if I manually force them to show.
Despite spending nearly a week trying to configure responsive settings, nothing I build or customize for mobile consistently renders on an actual smartphone or in responsive mode. I have double‑checked all display and responsive options, yet the problem persists.
To confirm that this is a theme‑specific issue, I tested the same mobile‑only content workflow on other sites also using XStore and encountered identical behavior—no mobile content is ever displayed.
For page building, I use Elementor exclusively. It seems I am unable to create or adjust any mobile‑specific sections on the site.
Could you please help me resolve this? I rely heavily on mobile traffic, and this issue is blocking my site’s functionality for mobile users.
