We are facing an urgent issue with the Layered Navigation Filter (8theme Product Filter) on our WooCommerce store, which is affecting product visibility and user experience on our live UAT environment.
Issue Summary (High Priority):
Filter Widget: 8theme Product Filter (Layered Nav)
Attribute in Use: pa_capacity (e.g., 1000 Ltr, 750 Ltr)
Query Type Set To: OR

https://www.sintexonline.com/uat/product-tag/water-tanks/?filter_capacity=1000-ltr,750-ltr
Problem: No products are displayed when selecting multiple capacities — message shown: “Unfortunately, there are no products that match your criteria.”
Expected: It should return products matching either 1000 Ltr or 750 Ltr.
Steps Already Taken:
Verified that the attribute terms are properly assigned to products.
Confirmed query type is set to OR.
Single term filtering works fine.
The issue seems to be with how multiple terms are interpreted — behaving like an AND query instead of OR.
