Urgent Issue – Big issue from the Woocommerce Delivery method don’t work

Hello,

When i try to put a delivery method, nothing work on your theme, it’s impossible to put delivery method on your theme please help it’s very urgent

I use “WooCommerce Conditional Shipping and Payments ” and ” Table Rate” nothing work if i need to select a delivery with the total weigth on cart, nothing happen.

I desactivated this plugin for support check all for us.

1/ In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.
If you find a plugin that causes the problem, let us know its name.

2/ Please try to test how it works with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront activated on your site.
Let us know the results.

Hello, BPM-AD,

Thank you for your reponse.

In case this doesn’t work even with the Storefront theme activated, it means the situation is independent of our theme.
You need to contact the support of WooCommerce.
