    Dear XStore Support Team,

We are experiencing an urgent issue on our website using the XStore theme. After logging into the restricted area, users are automatically logged out almost immediately. This issue occurs regardless of whether the WooCommerce Pricing and Discounts plugin (recommended by XStore) is active or deactivated.

This is a critical issue, as we need to urgently launch a sales proposal for a specific group of registered users. The automatic logout prevents users from accessing their accounts and engaging with the campaign.

Could you please investigate and assist us in resolving this issue as soon as possible? Let me know if you need further details or access credentials to troubleshoot the problem.

Looking forward to your prompt response.

    Best regards,

    Hello, EmporioWeb,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Could you kindly record a video demonstrating the issue?

Additionally, you mentioned that the problem is not related to one of the plugins. Could you please confirm if the issue persists when other third-party plugins on your website are disabled?

Could you kindly test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? Since the functionality loginisation is based on WooCommerce plugin functions and actions, it is possible that the issue may persist with other themes as well.

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team

Thank you for your response. We appreciate your guidance and we have prepared a video demonstrating the issue. The link to the video has been shared in the Private Content Area for your review.

    Regarding your suggestions:
Using a default theme like Storefront: While we understand the rationale behind this step, we would like to avoid switching to Storefront if possible. When we tested Storefront two months ago to check site performance, reverting to the XStore theme caused several issues that required significant time to resolve.
Would it be possible for your team to perform the necessary checks directly from our WordPress administrative area instead? We would be happy to provide you with the required access credentials for this purpose.

Thank you in advance for your support, and we look forward to your response.

    Best regards,

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

Has your issue been resolved after disabling caching (plugin, CDN, or possibly server-side caching)?

Could you provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
