    Dear Finley Design,

I hope this message finds you well.

We are reaching out to request your assistance in confirming whether the issue you have encountered is exclusive to our XStore theme. Could you please verify if the problem continues to occur when using the default StoreFront theme, with both the XStore Theme and XStore Core plugin deactivated? If the issue is still present under these conditions, it would be advisable to consult with the support team of the plugin causing the duplications, as it is not related to our theme directly.

Should your testing indicate that the issue is present when using the XStore theme but not with the StoreFront theme, we kindly ask you to provide confirmation of these findings. You can do so by uploading images that demonstrate the issue to the designated “File uploading area” on our support platform. This will enable us to conduct a thorough review of the matter.

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to your prompt response.

    Best regards,

    The 8Theme Team

    Dear Finley Design,

We advise you to update all of your passwords and to enhance your website’s security by installing at least one security plugin, such as Wordfence(https://www.wordfence.com/).

Additionally, we strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for the login process to further secure your account.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

Hi, yes we do, however on this occasion wordfence doesn’t pick it up, it was only when going through deactivating plugins, when we deactivated the code lite plugin which was adding scripts to the site.

    Dear Finley Design,

    Greetings.

Should you find that Wordfence does not adequately address your issue, we recommend seeking assistance from a third-party service such as Sucuri. They offer a comprehensive website security platform that may be of help. You can reach them at the following URL: https://sucuri.net/website-security-platform/help-now/

    Warm regards,
    The 8Theme Team
