Urgent Help, updated to new version 5.1 and lost important changes!

Hello guys!
I need of your assistance,
you guys already helped this one for us, in this post:

but I upgraded the theme to the newest version and this changes were lost, I am sorry if I didnt back it up, i was afraid this will interfere with the new theme if I copy the old files there..
so please, can you help us with the same issues, again? I put them here again:

1. WooCommerce Bulk Variations 1.1.0 from woocommerce and does not work, when I click the Bulk option, the whole page dissapears. just the header and footer remains.

2. Also we need the SKUS numbers of the product variants and main product to appear in the product page, and in the shop page.

We are grateful for your kind assistance. I am sending in private the acces to our website and FTP.
