URGENT HELP - by queenb123 - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Guys this may be outside your remit – i need urgent help please.

    I updated woocommerce and now i cant view items in cart and it also now says:

    Fatal error: Class ‘WC_Shipping_Rate’ not found in /homepages/19/d501441938/htdocs/brazilianweave NEW 2016/www/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/abstracts/abstract-wc-shipping-method.php on line 135

    dunno what to do can you help please?

    Hello,

    We recommend to revert back to old Woocommerce version until we release theme update that will be compatible with new Woocommerce version.

    ive done that now seems not to even work any further, can u help with this:

    Your theme (WooPress – 8theme WordPress theme) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme.

    Also can i get some help with this – is someone in your company uploading malicious files to my ftp space?

    i notice that this always happenes everytime i give you ftp access!!!

    can you please go in and clean the files?

    you have my ftp access and the infected files are in private content!

    We didn’t upload any malicious files to your FTP account.
    We only viewed our theme files.

    We’ll fix the issue with outdated files in the next theme update.
