I have contacted the hosting company they reported that the problem is with the theme or one of its plugins, not a problem server. Please Advice ASAP.

    Hello,

Thank you for using our theme!
I checked your site and don’t see any fatal error https://prnt.sc/115ixm0
Checked the error logs and see that file was missing in the XStore core plugin and it was the reason. I assume you have sorted out, right?

    Regards

    Hello,

Contact your hosting provider and provide us with the server error logs to find out what causes the 500 error.

    Regards

    Hello,

Probably you don’t have access to global log file. If 500 error appears it means that some error should be and your hosting provider should have root access to the necessary log file. Or if logs are disabled then they will be able to enable it to study the issue once you get 500 error again.

    Regards
