    Dear 8Theme Support Team,

    I hope you’re doing well.

    I am facing a formatting issue with the email templates in your Xstore email builder. The logo is not center-aligned in any of the templates. I have attached a screenshot for your reference, which clearly shows how the formatting should appear.

    I currently have 14 email templates, and I’m experiencing the same alignment issue in all of them. I don’t want to manually edit each template one by one. Please apply the same formatting, as shown in the screenshot I have provided, to all the templates at once. Specifically, make sure the logo is center-aligned exactly as shown.

    This issue is causing delays in my email-related tasks, so I would greatly appreciate it if you could resolve it as soon as possible.

    FTP access Private Section Plz Resolve this issue ASAP!

    Thank you for your prompt support.

    Best regards,
    Elon Website Owner

    Dear @Elon,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Please note that our support forum is primarily intended for addressing bugs and issues related to our theme. The request you’ve submitted involves advanced customization of email templates, which falls outside the scope of standard support.

    If you prefer to continue using the default WooCommerce email templates while working on your custom designs, we recommend enabling Developer Mode via the Control Panel. You can access this option here: https://prnt.sc/tFbMvqUfRBX7. This feature allows your customers to receive the default email templates while you take the necessary time to build and refine your custom versions using our email builder.

    To proceed efficiently, we suggest identifying a universal structure for your email templates. You can start by creating and testing one template across various devices. Once satisfied, you may replicate the design for your other templates. Additionally, the import/export functionality in the email builder can help streamline this process.

    Should you require further customization beyond what is available through the builder, we invite you to submit a custom request via your account at the following link: https://www.8theme.com/account/

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Dear 8Theme Support,

    I have been facing an issue with Elementor for several days. The editor does not load and stays stuck on the loading screen in safe mode (screenshot attached). I have already updated all plugins and themes to the latest versions. This issue seems to be caused by your theme. Kindly assist me in resolving this issue as soon as possible. Thanks.

    Dear @Elon,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We have reviewed your Home page using the Elementor editor, and we were able to load the editor successfully without any issues. Please refer to the screenshots provided in the private area for your reference. We recommend trying to access the editor using different browsers to determine whether the issue persists on your end.

    Additionally, we kindly request that you create separate topics for different questions in the future. This approach allows our support team to address each inquiry more efficiently and ensures that discussions remain organized. It also helps other customers find relevant answers more easily when topic titles accurately reflect the content of the question. For example, the current topic title refers to an email issue, while the actual question pertains to the Elementor editor.

    Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Best regards,

    Urgent: XStore Theme Causing Multiple Errors – Banner, Menu, Layout & Marquee Issues

    Dear XStore Support Team,

    I hope you’re doing well.

    I am experiencing several critical issues on my website caused by problems within the XStore theme. These errors are affecting both desktop and mobile functionality, and I urgently need your help to resolve them:

    Homepage Banner Not Displaying:
    The homepage banner is missing, even though it was working earlier.

    Mobile Navigation Menu Misalignment:
    The mobile menu alignment is broken. Sometimes it loads fine, but most of the time it appears misaligned or out of position.

    Homepage Layout Shifting:
    Homepage content randomly shifts up or down on load. This happens inconsistently, even without any updates or changes on my end.

    Desktop Marquee Tool Not Working:
    The marquee (scrolling text) feature on desktop is either not working or is buggy.

    These issues seem to be related to bugs in the theme itself. I kindly request you to investigate and resolve them as soon as possible, as they are directly impacting the usability and appearance of my site.

    I have provided FTP access in the private section for your convenience so your technical team can investigate and fix these problems efficiently.

    Looking forward to a quick resolution.

    Best regards,
    Elon

    Dear @Elon,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to clarify a few points regarding the issues you have encountered. Please note that we thoroughly test each update before its release to ensure there are no bugs related to the theme. Based on our review, the following observations have been made:

    1. Your current theme version is not up to date, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/BnyLFxS79Z0N. This indicates that the issue occurred without applying the latest theme update, which significantly reduces the likelihood that the problem originates from our theme.

    2. The issues on your website appear to be related to content modifications, such as a missing image: https://prnt.sc/RSSvTXkEQRDR. Kindly ensure that the correct image is selected for your banners, as the previously used image seems to have been removed from your server.

    3. Regarding the marquee widget, you may enable the following option: https://prnt.sc/cXuHNhbQy-zn, or alternatively, align the widget to the center: https://prnt.sc/3QrZ68G1tkgO. Please note that this is also unrelated to any theme-related issues.

    Also, please, separate your different questions in different topics for making our support managers work independetly on each of your questions.

    Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Subject: Header/Menu Bug – Still Not Fixed

    Dear 8Theme Support,

    I’m writing to express serious frustration regarding your theme’s ongoing layout bugs — which we’ve reported multiple times already, but haven’t received any real solution so far.

    Here’s what’s happening:
    On desktop, the mobile header menu randomly appears, making navigation broken and unprofessional.

    Sometimes, the entire layout breaks — elements shift out of place, content overlaps, and sections appear jumbled.

    On the “Woven Leather Bags” page in particular, product images shrink abnormally, and layout collapses. This has been tested on different browsers and devices.

    This is not just a small glitch — it’s seriously affecting our website’s appearance, usability, and ultimately, customer trust.

    What’s worse?
    We’ve contacted your support team several times, provided FTP access and clear details — but no permanent fix has been given. The issue keeps coming back.

    We’re now once again providing:

    FTP Access Private Section provided

    Recent Screenshots of the errors

    Steps to Reproduce the issue

    Despite giving full access, your team has failed to identify or fix the root cause. Honestly, this is unacceptable. We’ve lost valuable time and seen a clear drop in user engagement because of these unresolved issues — this is directly affecting our business.

    Please escalate this internally. This is a theme-level bug and needs to be fixed ASAP. If this can’t be resolved soon, we will be forced to consider other solutions, because this situation is no longer tolerable.

    Looking forward to your immediate attention.

    Regards,
    Elon

    Dear @Elon,

    We would like to inform you that we have disabled the “Mobile Optimization” setting (please refer to the screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/8-QEFABzuPja), as it may cause conflicts when a caching plugin is in use – and we have confirmed that such a plugin is currently active on your website. As a result of this adjustment, the mobile and desktop menus should now display correctly on their respective devices.

    Regarding the “Woven leather bag” page, the description is being pulled from the logged-in view, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/jC-rf_fRtVju. We have also reviewed the content in the Elementor editor (screenshot: https://prnt.sc/p71FShhMCg_w), and can confirm that the text is set within a Text Editor widget provided by Elementor.

    Please check the website again and let us know if you are still experiencing any issues. If so, kindly provide the URLs of the specific pages where the problems occur.

    Additionally, we kindly ask that you separate different questions into individual topics in the future. This will help us provide more accurate and efficient support, as the current topic title does not correspond to the issues discussed in this thread.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    I hope you’re doing well.

    I am currently experiencing several layout and styling issues across my website using your theme. These issues are affecting the design consistency and overall user experience. Kindly find the full list of problems below, along with relevant screenshots:

    1. Product Image Distortion on Single Product Pages
    Problem: Product images are appearing stretched and distorted on the single product page. The image is not displaying proportionally within its container.

    Also: Extra thumbnails are showing unnecessarily under the image.

    Request: Please advise on the correct image dimensions and help resolve the distortion issue.

    2. Font Size and Style in Product Description
    Problem: The font size in the product description is too large and inconsistent, making the text look unstructured.

    Request: Kindly recommend or apply a consistent and appropriate font size/style for better readability and cleaner design.

    3. Product Grid Alignment Issue Across All Product Category Pages
    Problem: On all product category pages, including Tote Bags:

    The alignment of product images, titles, categories, and prices is uneven.

    Some items are misaligned vertically, breaking the clean grid layout.

    Request: Please ensure all product boxes are equal in height and that their elements are center-aligned to maintain uniform spacing and visual balance.

    4. Breadcrumb Size Issue on Single Product Page
    Problem: The breadcrumb navigation bar on single product pages appears very large in height, which negatively affects the overall layout and design.

    Request: Please reduce the breadcrumb height and adjust its size to make it compact and visually balanced with the rest of the page.

    Attachments Provided:
    Image distortion on product page

    Font size issue in product description

    Misalignment in category page

    Breadcrumb size issue

    I would really appreciate it if you could prioritize these fixes and help restore consistency and professional appearance across the site.

    Dear @Elon,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    1. We noticed that the product image at the following link appears blurry when zoomed in: https://levantleather.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/4.png. Could you kindly try uploading the image in its original size to improve clarity?

    2. The “Single Product Tabs” element currently does not offer built-in settings to modify its style. However, you can apply the following custom CSS to achieve your desired appearance:

    div#tab-description * {
        font-family: Roboto;
        font-size: 20px;
        font-weight: 400;
        color: #0a0a0a;
    }

    3. As the equal height setting is enabled for all products, and the product title lengths vary, this may affect the layout. To maintain consistency, you can limit the height of product images using the following custom CSS:

    .etheme-product-grid-image img {
        max-height: 400px;
    }

    4. We have also reduced the padding of the breadcrumb section on the single product page as requested. Could you please review it and let us know if it meets your expectations?

    Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
