    Hi

My client called me today to say he has had no sales in the past 8 days. It seems that the checkout stopped working on 18/2/15. I think there was an automatic update for WP on that day? It’s really bad, as it has cost my client one week’s income.

Anyway, I have updated all plugins and updated your theme and I am still facing an issue on this page:
    http://www.tahitiangold.com/checkout/

    See this screenshot here: http://prntscr.com/6abmy9

I have tried disabling plugins and that doesn’t work. I have switched to the default WP theme and the issue is gone? http://prntscr.com/6abnyx

I would really appreciate it if you could look at this asap. Log in details below.

    Many thanks
    Paul

Looks like it is all the Woo cart elements that are being duplicated? These elements are at the bottom and top of this page:

    Hello,

What are FTP login and password?
To fix the issue with double buttons on Checkout page you need remove review-order.php file in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/woocommerce/checkout.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi Eva

Thanks for look at this for me. I have re-named that file and that seems to have fixed the issue.

How can I future-proof so this doesn’t happen again with a new version of WP or WooCommerce?

    Thanks
    Paul

    Hello,

This bug will be fixed in our next theme update. It won’t happen after Woocommerce or WordPress updates.

    Sorry for inconveniences.
    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
