I am extremely frustrated at this point.
Even after following your instructions — updating the theme, changing it, and rebuilding the entire website from scratch — the Categories page is still not working properly. It’s not showing on mobile devices either.
This issue has badly affected my business. I’m receiving no orders now because customers are unable to browse products through categories. It’s been more than three days, and I was promised a fix through updates — but nothing has changed.
I request you to please look into this matter urgently and resolve the Categories page error immediately.
