URGENT: Categories Page Still Not Working After Full Rebuild

    Dear Support Team,

    I am extremely frustrated at this point.

    Even after following your instructions — updating the theme, changing it, and rebuilding the entire website from scratch — the Categories page is still not working properly. It’s not showing on mobile devices either.

    This issue has badly affected my business. I’m receiving no orders now because customers are unable to browse products through categories. It’s been more than three days, and I was promised a fix through updates — but nothing has changed.

    I request you to please look into this matter urgently and resolve the Categories page error immediately.

    This issue is badly affecting the shopping experience for my customers and has led to a significant drop in orders. I request that you please look into this on top priority and resolve it as soon as possible.

    I’m also ready to provide temporary WordPress admin access if needed for quicker troubleshooting.

    It’s been quite some time, and the issue I reported is still not resolved. I’ve been waiting patiently, but there has been no proper update or solution from your side.

    Kindly look into this matter and resolve the problem as soon as possible. It’s causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience.

    In order for us to assist you effectively, you need to grant us the required access. We have just checked again and noticed that the account you created for us still does not have permission to view the settings.

    As such, we kindly remind you to assign the Administrator role to the account and inform us once this has been done. Only after these steps are completed will we be able to proceed with your request.

    I would like to clarify that the account was already granted access with the Administrator role from the beginning. I have double-checked, and the access is still set to Administrator.
