Urgent!!! can not use WPBakery Page Builder!!!

when i open a page and ready to build with WPBakery Page Builder. the whole website die

my hosts Load status 100%
CPU usage 100%
Memory usage 100%

i am ganna cry….

Hello,

Please, make sure you have checked all the server requirements before the installation – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/60-xstore-theme-requirements
Also, update all required plugins https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update and temporary disable all 3rd-party plugins then try to edit any page.

Please provide us with temporary wp-admin access in The Private Content area so we can take a closer look.
Also, describe the problem in more details.

ad i told you, when i try to build a page by use wpbakery page builder, the site stucks. i have to wait for a long time, maybe 5 minutes, then the site would back to alive…
