Upsell products not showing - by ochieng

    Hello
    I have added the upsell option both on product page and on theme options, im sure i have done it right as the title, “YOU MAY ALSO LIKE ….” Appears just above the related products, however the upsell products are not showing, what could be the problem, kindly assist. Yes the i have linked the products on product page.

    Seems to be working on other products, let me observe this longer

    Hello,

    Make sure that upsells that you added for this product are in stock.
    Also, go to Appearance > Themes > enable default theme – Storefront – and check if you have the mentioned issue when the default theme is enabled.

    Hello,

    Make sure that upsells that you added for this product are in stock.
    Also, go to Appearance > Themes > enable default theme – Storefront – and check if you have the mentioned issue when the default theme is enabled.
    If the problem appears with our theme only then provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site.
