The mobile menu issue still remains i am afraid

Hello,
The issue you are experiencing is caused by a third-party plugin: Anti-Spam by CleanTalk. We have temporarily disabled this plugin, and as a result, the mobile menu is now functioning correctly. We recommend contacting the Anti-Spam by CleanTalk support team for further assistance regarding this matter.
Please note that we do not guarantee full compatibility of our theme with all third-party plugins, nor can we provide support for such plugins. In some cases, additional customization of either the theme or the plugin may be required to ensure they work together. Unfortunately, it is not feasible for the theme author to ensure compatibility with all existing plugins, and such customization falls outside the scope of our standard support.
Best regards,

Hello,
To assist you more effectively, we kindly request that you record a video demonstrating the issue and the steps leading to it. This will help us better understand and replicate the problem on our end.
Upload the video on a filesharing service, for example – https://fex.net/ , and provide us with the URL.
Warm Regards,
The 8Theme Team
Yes will do can I just ask in tghe widget section there is a widget for the mobile side bar . which menu should be selected ion here MAIN or SHop and should the ajax preload be selected or not ?
Hello @Steve,
You may select any menu from the list of available menus created in your dashboard to display in the mobile content, based on your preference.
Regarding your question about AJAX preload, we apologize, but we did not fully understand your inquiry. If this setting is enabled through a caching plugin, we recommend testing your website’s functionality with the setting active. If no issues are observed, it should be safe to keep it enabled.
Please let us know if you need any further assistance.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson
