Upgrading theme - by JC1520 - on WordPress WooCommerce support

My theme is at version 1.1 i want to upgrade to version 4.4 what is the best solution for this and what process can i take also can i got to version 4.4 from 1.1 with out loosing any layout changes
what is the recommended path.
