Upgraded royal store theme WPbakery not working

I have just upgraded the rotalstore theme to v4.7.1, I then upgraded wpBakery and Ultimate VC addons. The upgraded woocommerce. Now when I try to edit pages I cannot see wpBakery editor at all and all my wording in the ‘default’ editor is white text on white background, so I cannot see it unless I highlight with mouse. When I try to edit a product I am getting a blank page. Help!!
I have also noticed an error code on the checkout page of the cart.

I can’t open Plugins via Dashboard – Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 130809856) (tried to allocate 72 bytes) in /home/sites/thespiritshop.co.uk/public_html/wp-includes/pomo/entry.php on line 76
You need to contact your hosting provider support and ask them to increase memory_limit value.

I have already contacted them and they have increased the memory limit to maximum allowed for a shared server. They told me that the error was being caused by js_composer. That is why I upgraded everything. If you try again it will probably go in.

The problem is caused by memory limit and is independent of our theme.
I’ve disabled Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder plugin, and now pages can be edited. If the limit can’t be increased, please disable some of plugins.

Thnak you for that. Just one more thing on the checkout page I am getting the following error message:

These notices relate to WC. You need to contact WooCommerce support.
