Upgrade from another theme to Legenda all Pages Blank

Hello

I need help with an install from another theme to legenda tried everything but still get blank pages, every page when the theme is active. I don’t want to have to reinstall WordPress and lose all the products we have. Tried forum but I cannot find out how to raise a question/problem. There were a few issues that have been sorted looking at the forum but problem still remains – can someone please help as site is now down.

Plugins deactivated problem still remains.

Hello,

Please update theme and plugins to the latest version and WooCommerce also.
Don’t forget to make backup before updating.

enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.

Hello and thanks… Theme was downloaded from themeforest this week – all plugins downloaded and installed as per the email. Still blank screen.
