Updating to 8.0.11 fails and I need to have static blocks under Shop

Hi!

1) Updating take several minutes: https://snipboard.io/si7nXL.jpg
and then fails with “cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 out of 0 bytes received”

2) In your theme you have Shop Page Banner (basically additional Header) where I can use static blocks or texts etc. How can I add static block under Shop (like additional Footer)?

Hello,

1) I see that theme and core plugin are up to date on your site.
2) Go to Appearance > Widgets > use After the products widget area to add Static block widget.
