Updating theme loss of content? How to…..

I have version 1.5 installed and have realised 1.7 is now available, how do I update my theme, do I have to completely reinstall the new theme, also will this affect content & current layout on my site?

Hello,

You won’t lose your content.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/classico/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!
