Updating theme - by sinisa - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hello,

Dont know if it is a topic about this issue, i did try search..

Client site not updated over a 2 years.

Instal SSL Certificate, with Really Simple SSL plugin.
I updated theme to last version (4.5 as i remember).
Updated all plugins, but Woocommerce not working corectly, When i click: Quick view and add to cart spinner working all the time (products are added to cart), try redirect after add to cart option, same problem, redirection wont work.

On checkout page, place order wont work…

I check Themeforest to see if it is a compatibility probem
(Compatible With: WPML, WooCommerce 3.3.x, WooCommerce 3.2.x, WooCommerce 3.1.x,…), so, and i installed wooCommerce is a 3.4.1 version, (last one), so i deleted woocommerce, downloaded version 3.3.5 and installed older (compatible?) version and things getting worse, got WHITE SCREEN on products page.

Any help?

Hello,

With latest theme version (4.5) you need to use the latest version of woocommerce (3.4.1).
Have you deleted “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/royal/ to avoid problems with old files, before uploading theme files? If not, open theme folder via FTP and delete the woocommerce folder then upload the new one from the latest theme package.
If you use a child theme, some problem can be caused by custom changes there. Enable WP debug mode to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what you need to fix.

Also, note that from the 4.0 update, all the custom styles come not like inline CSS but as styles from separate file – dynamic.css (to speed up the site loading). If you created child theme before 4.0 update you need to create the dynamic.css file in royal-child theme folder and set permissions 777 for the file + add wp_enqueue_style( 'dynamic-css', get_stylesheet_directory_uri() . '/dynamic.css' ); in royal-child/functions.php file. Then go to Theme Options and re-save them.

Do not forget to clear cache before checking result of any changes.

Ok, tx for answer, will delete folder files from woo then i will implement new version

I svwitch from child to main theme (have some css, will implement later)
deleted woo folder in theme, upload new one from package,
disabled all unnessesary plugins.

same problem,

I enabled wp_debug and got warnig message…

It looks like it is hacked…..

Please disable BWS CAPTCHA plugin. Do you use Advanced cache plugin or similar?
Provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access in the Private Content area.

Hello,

Your problems were caused by this https://prnt.sc/jqp7dn. We have changed it to – https://prnt.sc/jqp7ru If you use a cache plugin the value should be true in another case – false.
Some your widgets were outdated, so we’ve re-added them in Appearance > Widgets.
Please check your site now.
About this problem http://prntscr.com/jqpdxe, you need to check if tmp folder (xstore/framework/inc/really-simple-captcha/) is locked by server.
