Hello,
I’ve updated the newest version of xstore, and i found this problem mater :
xstore/woocommerce/single-product/related.php version 3.0.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.9.0,
How can I fix this? please kindly help me.

I have updated the themes but it make my website menu collapse. I used childtheme. How can I use or activate the newest updated theme without problems?

Hello,

Did you overwrite any parent theme files in child theme?
Provide us with FTP access to your site to check the issue in more detail.

Hello,

Your site under maintenance mode, so we can’t check it. Provide correct temporary wp-admin access https://prnt.sc/qr432q , so we can take a closer look at the menu.
About outdated file, it relates to the latest update of the WooCommerce, we will fix this compatibility issue in the next update of the theme (within 1-2 days).

Is there any instruction document or procedure about how to update themes and child-theme of xstore theme, when Woocommerce update too?

Hello,

1) http://prntscr.com/qr8vpf WP Dashboard access is still incorrect.
2) We have video tutorial on how to update theme https://youtu.be/xMEoi3rKoHk
Child theme is your custom theme and if you overwrote parent theme php files there you need to check the changes in these files of the parent theme and apply the necessary changes to child theme files.
WooCommerce released 3.9 version yesterday and we plan to release theme version compatible with this WooCommerce today’s evening. So if you get message about out of date files after the latest WC plugin update then wait for the theme update 6.2.8.1.

Hello,

Before updating the WooCommerce plugin next time check theme changelog if theme supports the new version of WooCommerce. Don’t update WooCommerce if you are not sure if the version of the theme that you use supports the new version of WC plugin.

We need also FTP access to update theme to pre-released version of XStore that supports WooCommerce 3.9.
