    Hello,

    We can’t connect:

Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Could not connect to server

Please provide FTP host and port also.
Is there a restriction by IP or something else? Please check.

The problem was fixed, and the fix will be included in the next update too, but it is recommended to update the theme first and only after that the Core plugin.

so if I update the core theme and then I update the plugin, everything will work properly? I have a ton of error messages telling me I need to upgrade: “!XStore Core plugin requires the following theme: XStore to be updated up to 8.3.8 version.”

I updated the theme and it seems to have updated the core plugin as well? Can you please check the site for me now and be sure you don’t see anything acting strange or anything that still needs to be done? Thank you!
