  Dear Support team,

  After a fresh install of WordPress and Woocommerce, and install of Xstore 6.3.9.1. I am not able to update XStore to version 6.3.9.2.

  Also followed all the steps mentioned in https://www.8theme.com/topic/cant-update-theme-3 without result.

  I am getting the below error:

  Updating Theme XStore (1/1)
  Downloading update from https://www.8theme.com/themes/api/files/get/xstore.zip?token=…
  Unpacking the update…
  An error occurred while updating XStore: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

  Hello,

  Update theme via FTP or provide us with the WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site and we’ll help you.

  Hi Can you lewt me know where I can find the source file for version 6.3.9.2 and maybe some instructions on how to do it via FTP. Would prefer this approach, cause then can do this in future myself as well ?

  Hi, I noticed that on themeforrest you have the .9.2 version available but not on 8theme site yet. Will try this and if does not work, will reply to this chain
