Update Woocommerce – Issue with product page

Hello

I’ve updated Woocommerce as per instructions.

One of the template files was single-product-page.

Images are now messed up and tabs do not work.

Woothemes say this is related to my theme and not a plugin conflict (which we have already investigated) and that Theme Author must address this problem.

What do you suggest? Thanks

Hello,

We haven’t released new theme version yet which is compatible with the latest Woocommerce version. So we recommend you to revert back to previous Woocommerce version until theme update is produced.

I have the same problem, using Version 2.6.1 of woocommerce, what version do we need to use ?

Hello @fredetco,

You need revert back to Woocommerce 2.5.5 or 2.5.0 version.

I’m using Woopress 2.8 and Woocommerce 2.5.5 and it’s not working. Can you have a look ?

Hello @fredetco,

The problem is related to “Microblox” plugin. Disable it and check single product page after that.

Hi !

I have tried disabling the plugin but there are still weird issues with products pages.

Like the gallery loading sprite spin endlessly until an action is done with the gallery.

The zoom effect is also displaying background images.

Hello @fredetco,

The reason is there is transparent background for the main image http://prntscr.com/bnhwd6. Edit it with Photoshop and add white background or save it in jpg format.
