    Hello,

    Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site.
    Did you update both: theme and XStore core plugin or just theme?

    Hello,

    Looks that problem was caused by the out of date version of the Revolution slider and WPBakery plugins. I have updated the plugins and everything is ok. Check now.
