Update of XStore Core to 1.4.2 produced home page error

After updating the XStore Core plugin to version 1.4.2, the homepage does not load well. and now appears in wordpress ::: XStore Core plugin requires the following theme: XStore v.6.1.2 or higher.
How can I solve it?

Hello,

1) If you have already bought the theme you get lifetime access to theme updates and don’t need to buy the new license just to get the update.
2) Never update XStore core plugin without theme update. Always check the changelog and the necessary version of the core plugin for your theme version https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/
3) Now you need either downgrade XStore core plugin or upgrade theme using auto-update (Dashboard > Updates) or manual FTP way.
4) If you need help with theme update provide us with Dashboard and FTP access to your site and well help you.

Hi, thanks for the reply, I found a version of the old kernel, at https://www.8theme.com/downloads/
download: XStore Core Old 1.0.23
In WordPress, disable the core plugin, uninstall it and then install this version 1.0.23, but the problem still continues. I will opt for alternative 4) that they indicate to me, I attach the data internally.

Hello,

You used the 5.4 version of XStore theme, if you check the changelog https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/ you’ll see that the required version of core plugin is 1.2.3 http://prntscr.com/pdxc3r, not 1.0.23!
We have updated our theme and plugin to latest version. Check, please.
