Hi,

I tried to delete and reinstall the WPBakery Page Builder, but it still cannot be updated. May I ask how can I Update the WPBakery Page Builder?

Hello,

The latest version that available for download is 5.7. Once WPBakery Page builder (formerly Visual Composer) will be updated on this page – https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ , you will be able to update the plugin on own site –
https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/ Please wait.

So I need to download the file from this page (https://www.8theme.com/downloads/) and upload it now? Is there any other way?

Since when the update is being so complicated????

Hello,

6.0.1 version of the plugin is available. You can update the plugin via FTP or delete the plugin and install via Appearance > Install plugins.

May I ask why the WP Bakery Builder does not appear in the backend of the product? (https://ibb.co/SfDP5gK)

Also, may I ask why there is a PayPal button on the product page? How can I delete it? I just need the “Add to cart: button. (https://ibb.co/jwH58C6)

You’re welcome!
1) Please go to WPBakery Page Builder > Role Manager > Post types > Custom > Products.
2) Disable WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway plugin.

I deleted the widget on the checkout page, but there is still a “Search” widget on the checkout page, may I ask how can I delete it?

Hello,

We would recommend you to disable sidebar for the cart, checkout and my account pages by editing these pages and choosing Sidebar > Without in 8theme Options http://prntscr.com/npgpex

In case you prefer to keep sidebar but just want to remove the default content then add the empty text widget to the sidebar widget area.
