  I have not updated in quite some time because I abandoned using WP and now I am having trouble updating to the latest release of XStore. Seemed like everything processed as it should using FilaZilla but theme still showing old version in admin panel. Can you please help me?

  I have attempted to update again and still showing it’s not updated. It is still showing version 1.5

  I also updated Composer and Core plugin and they are also not updating. I have called my hosting provider and they confirmed I put in the correct folder but they have no idea why it isn’t showing updated in WP.

  Can someone please help me? I reached out via email and the only response I got was to do the exact same steps I have already done. I need someone to actually look at it please.

  Please provide us with access (http://prntscr.com/jfzmwf and FTP (hostname, FTP username, FTP password)) so we could take a closer look and help you with updating.
  Do the backup of all your files before posting the credentials.
