  Hello, zirosugar,

  The issue may be due to the following reasons:
  1) Insufficient server space
  2) The maximum upload size for WordPress is too small
  3) The directories ‘uploads’ and ‘upgrade’ are not accessible

  Please check these aspects. Additionally, try updating the theme via Themes -> Upload Theme or through FTP.
