    Hello,
I have just installed a recently purchased theme of XStore, and activated it and it failed to update with the following error:

Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10): Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

I wanted to use the same theme for two staging sites, but after this decided it may be creating the issue, so added another theme’s license on the new staging website. I will deactivate it later when the redesign is done.

Would you please check what may be the reason for the above? I have tried everything but manual FTP (via the Envato plugin, via the theme options, via the WordPress Update page).

    Kind regards,
    Kalin

    Please, contact administrator

    Hello, @kstanishev,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

1/ We are pleased to inform you that the issue you reported has been successfully resolved. We kindly ask that you revisit your website after clearing your browser’s cache to see the changes.

Please note that we have updated your site with the latest version of the XStore theme. https://ibb.co/QQrc5rm

2/ XStore provides the option of 1 live site licensing and 2 staging site licensing for testing purposes per purchase code. This means that you can set up two staging sites using a single license.

We kindly request that you take a moment to review our theme documentation. https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/163-how-to-registerderegister-xstore-theme-livestaging-websites

We trust that it will provide you with the necessary guidance and assistance.

    Warm regards,
    The 8Theme Team
