    Hello, @Shehzad Ghazi,

I have just checked your site now and the theme is already at the very latest version: https://postimg.cc/WFdGRL3J and the plugin too.

This problem could be caused by a few reasons:

    1) You are trying to update the theme on the different domains that the theme was activated (for example you activated the theme on localhost and moved it to the live domain). Then you just need to go to Xstore > Dashboard > deactivate theme and activate it using your purchase code again OR sometimes, you are on the same domain but because of your server’s dynamic IPs, the IP changes every time when there will be the update of the theme so that causes the issue too.

    2) There is not enough space on your server and the archive that was downloaded for the update is broken. Make sure that you have no less than 50MB of free space on your hosting.

    Regards 8Themes Team.
